Kenneth L. Villard, Ph.D.
Ken founded The Villard Group in 1982 as one of the first training companies to focus on the need for behavioral skills training for Information Technology professionals. He has been teaching in business and academic settings for over three decades. Ken has pioneered concepts in team development, transitioning to management, organizational network analysis and strategies for developing and retaining valued employees. Dr. Villard has been a featured speaker at many national conferences and has authored
two books on interpersonal and organizational communication.
Richard I. Aquilina, Ph.D.
Rich's vast experiences with leading Fortune 500 companies across the United States, Canada, Europe and Asia have jettisoned him into a role as one of the industry's master trainers and facilitators. His ability to quickly focus and coalesce divergent groups of peers, management and customers is unparalleled.
