We have also expanded. We were incorporated in Cleveland in 1982. We now have additional offices in San Francisco and New York.

What to expect from The Villard Group: The next millenium

• The on-going development of high quality interactive behavioral skills training made available at the desktop via the corporate intranet, extranet or Internet.
• The development of gain sharing partnerships with clients, to increase profitability for everyone.
• An increase in training and consulting outside the U.S. with a particular focus on Europe.
• The addition of on-line consulting both with existing clients as a follow-on to training programs and with individuals looking for specific coaching assistance separate from that offered by their own companies
• Course and/or case study development for companies that do their own training
• Strategic partnerships with technical training companies or research and consulting firms to offer a larger array of quality service to our clients
